Foods

A food block lists a food’s nutrients. For example, 170 g = 150 kcal 11 carb means 170 grams of yogurt have 150 kcal and 11 grams of carbohydrate.

Days

A date starts a day. Each indented line below it is something you ate. For example, 07:45 greek-yogurt 170 g means you ate 170 grams of yogurt at 7:45.

Chow separates fields with two spaces. One space also works.
